On April 6, 2014, thirteen junior and not so junior shooters took to the range to compete in the annual R. K. Moore 100 Shot Standing Match at the Frazier Simplex Rifle Club. Competitors had as much time as they wanted to shoot 10 targets, 10 shots each.
Junior shooter Nicholle Benedict took overall first place,
followed by her father, Tom Benedict placing second and Morgan Duerr taking
third.

If there was an iron
man/woman contest based on the last target score (because that is a lot of
shooting in the standing position) Nicholle would be crowned iron woman with a 99
on her last target.
In the King Match, a 10 shot unlimited re-entry match, Tom
Benedict won with a 99 and Nicholle taking second with a 98 and Jim Husk taking
third with a 97.
